Overview

Blackman Mansfield Recruitment are currently seeking a professional, highly experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a temp assignment in Wingfield.

With an ASAP start we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide much needed support to a busy finance team.

The length of the contract will be between 2-4 months, there may also be the option of applying for the permanent position.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing of invoices and purchase orders
  • Creditor Statement reconciliations
  • Ensuring timely payment runs
  • Accurate data entry
  • Answering general customer enquiries
  • Assisting with end of month responsibilities
Skills and Experience
  • Previous accounts payable experience in a dedicated AP role
  • Previous reconciliation experience
  • Practical knowledge of Navision will be highly regarded
  • Intermediate ability in Excel
  • Ability to work within in team environment
  • High attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
