Overview

A South Australian, family owned business who are passionate about producing the best tasting products is seeking to appoint an Accounts Receivable Administrator to complete their finance team. The role is based in the stunning Adelaide Hills with easy access from the eastern and southern suburbs.

The Role

The Accounts Receivable Administrator plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts process, as well as being a general support in customer service and order processing.

With responsibility for the overall Accounts Receivable function, your day-to-day responsibilities will include;

  • Invoicing
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • Processing of receipts
  • Handling account enquiries
  • Collection of outstanding debt
  • Regular sales reporting
  • Processing of orders
Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role you will possess solid Accounts Receivable experience, particularly with high volume accounts and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also have the ability to handle customer enquires with the highest level of professionalism and a willingness to take ownership of your work. Proficiency in Excel is an essential requirement.
