A highly proficient, results driven Accounts Receivable Administrator is required to complement their finance and administration team. This position plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts process, as well as being a general support across the administration function.
With responsibility for the overall Accounts Receivable function, your day-to-day accountabilities will include;
- Account reconciliations
- Processing of receipts
- Handling account enquiries
- Collection of outstanding debt
- Regular sales reporting
- General administration including taking incoming calls
- Providing back up and assistance in logistics and accounts payable
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role you will possess solid Accounts Receivable experience gained within a manufacturing/transport or other high volume environment, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be flexible to assist in other areas of the business when required. You will also have the ability to handle customer enquires with the highest level of professionalism and a willingness to take ownership of your work. Proficiency in MYOB and Excel is an essential requirement.
