About the role
Riviera Bakery are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage the Accounts Receivable function on a part time basis. Working Thursday’s and Friday’s 8.30am to 4.30pm you will be responsible for;
- Responding to customer queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Debt collection
Skills and Experience
Given the importance of the role within the business, it is a key requirement that you have previous experience in managing the accounts receivable function within a small to medium business. You will also be highly proficient in the use of Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Previous experience using Navision will be highly regarded.
A high level of attention to detail is a must, as is the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively. Being a SME, Riviera Bakery are seeking an individual who is reliable, professional, flexible and enjoys working as part of a team.
