Overview

A small, yet very forward thinking Not for Profit organisation based on the city fringe is currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee their finance and administration functions.

Reporting to the Director Support Services, you and your team of 3 direct reports will be responsible for ensuring the provision of financial management and administrative support for their operations, including responsibility for facility infrastructure, IT and telecommunication services.   Due to funding, this role will be offered on a contract basis until December 2018.

Your responsibilities will include;
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash management and internal financial reporting
  • Produce and review financial reports
  • Management and preparation of annual budget and management reports
  • EOFY Audit
  • Cashflow Management
  • Manage finance facilities and banking relationships
  • Assist with Board reporting

With a broad range of responsibilities, this role will require you to be CA/CPA qualified, have highly developed Excel skills and advanced analytical skills. You will possess a high level of business acumen together with the ability to work in a hands-on capacity.
