A well-established not-for-profit located on the city fringe, are currently seeking a HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations experience for a 4-6 week temporary assignment.
With the business currently going through some regulatory changes, your role will be to manage new employment processes and requirements including consultation with employees. Other responsibilities will include interviewing and other general Human Resource tasks as required.
To be successful you must have experience in all facets of HR, be flexible/adaptable, happy to pitch in and assist with a range of tasks and have the ability to handle work of a sensitive nature together with a high level of professionalism and maturity.
