Working within a modern and professional setting, the successful candidate must possess a high degree of professionalism, be well presented and be able to demonstrate a high degree of customer care.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Providing general administrative assistance.
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and highly professional manner.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous reception experience in a professional setting.
- Be professionally presented, and well spoken.
- Display a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and initiative.
- Be competent in the use of MS Office applications.
