Overview

A well known South Australian retailer is seeking to appoint a highly experienced Payroll Officer to undertake end-to-end payroll for approx. 350 staff.

Responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end payroll preparation and processing (Fortnightly & monthly) utilising Sage Micropay
  • Updating and maintaining staff records
  • Internal payroll reporting
  • Administration and reviewing the time attendance reports in Human Force
  • Resolving various payroll queries
  • Assisting in some HR duties
Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in large end-to-end payroll and be seeking a part time (3 days per week) as well as have experience in the following:

  • Sage Micropay is essential
  • Humanforce or a simular Time & Attendance system is an advantage
  • Working in a complex environment with Retail Award
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to adhere to strict time frames
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
