The Role

Due to internal promotion, CMI Toyota are seeking to appoint an experienced and professional Receptionist to handle incoming calls and provide administrative support to the team.

  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Answering a high volume of calls, taking messages or directing to the relevant department
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Greeting visitors to the department
  • Providing general admin support including generating reports, processing invoices, handling mail, scanning, filing, and photocopying
About You

Whether you’re in the early stages of your career, or are a seasoned Receptionist, key to your success in this position will be a positive, “can-do” attitude, well-rounded administration skills and the ability to consistently provide a high level of customer service.

Other skills, experience and attributes required include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and happy to assist with a range of tasks
  • Ability to work effectively within, and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
