An excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor seeking part time hours to provide HR support to an ASX listed company. Located in the southern suburbs and working 20 hours per week on a temp/contract basis, this autonomous role will see you manage all HR aspects for this growing South Australian company.
Working closely with the Executive and Board, this varied role involves the management of generalist HR duties including Learning & Development, employee engagement and wellbeing, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, end to end recruitment, employee induction and onboarding.
You will also partner with stakeholders across the business and provide advice and consultation on a range of HR-related issues.
Skills and Experience
To be able to hit the ground running you will possess HR Generalist experience within an autonomous HR role, together with strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt your communication style.
