Overview

Sales and Admin Officer

A supplier to the wine industry located in the heart of the Barossa Valley is seeking to appoint a Sales and Admin Officer for a minimum of 6 months for 4 -5 days per week.   Commencing 17th January 2019.

You will be responsible for fielding and responding to incoming sales enquiries via telephone and email and will provide customers with a superior level of service, product information quotes and ongoing sales support.

We are looking for an individual with outstanding telephone/communication  skills, strong computer skills, initiative, attention to detail, good organizational skills and a common sense approach. Some experience in selling and solid knowledge of wine (particularly fortified wines) and/or spirits would be a distinct advantage.

Accounts Payable Officer – Barossa Valley

Seeking a high volume Accounts Payable Officer for vintage. Commencing mid to late January 2019 through to May 2019.

Working as an integral part of a finance team, you will be flexible and happy to work 4 -5 days per week.  You will possess strong end-to-end accounts payable experience and have the ability to utilise Excel to a intermediate level.

Accounts Payable (Data Entry) – Adelaide Hills

Seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Officer focusing on accurate data entry, for in a well known family company located in the Adelaide Hills.  Your choice of working either 3 full days or 5 days (5 hours per day) per week.  Commencing 28th January for 6 weeks.
