South Australian manufacturer of premium yoghurt and dairy products, MOO Premium Foods, were experiencing significant business growth. At the same time, a key member of their team was due to take maternity leave.
Due to the critical nature of the Sales & Account Manager role to the business, MOO decided to engage the services of Blackman Mansfield. Melanie met with MOO’s business owners as well as the present incumbent to take an in-depth brief of the position requirements and gain a greater understanding of the business as a whole. Once the initial phone and face-to-face interviews with Mel were completed, a shortlist was personally presented to MOO and interviews scheduled for the coming days. A decision was quickly made and followed with an offer to the successful candidate: an Adelaidian who was keen to return home after living and working in Melbourne for a period of time.
It’s fair to say the candidate is very happy – this job opportunity has allowed him to return home to Adelaide with his family, plus he’s secured a position in a field he loves and is working for a reputable, growing South Australian organization.
